Learn about the history of Reiki, it's origins in Japan and the founder Dr Mikao Usui. The five principles of Reiki and how Reiki was originated as a self healing tool for mind, body and spirit.  You will learn the key hand positions for self healing and how reiki can support and aid a variety of ailments and dis-eases. Also Reiki meditations for grounding and protecting your energy.

Your Reiki training pack will include;

Roots Reiki 1st Degree Manual, Pen & Writing Pad, Crystal for using during Reiki Healing and Reiki 1st Degree Certificate.

 

 

 

 

 

2nd Degree - Practitioner Level

This is a great course whether you would like to practice Reiki professionally or whether you would like to progress for your own healing and spiritual development.

This level is where you will increase your Reiki energy by being taught and attuned to the the three sacred Reiki symbols - Power, Emotional/Mental wellbeing and Distance healing. Explanations on the Chakras system and healing crystals and how they can play a key role in the Reiki healing. You will also learn how to protect your energy using your Reiki symbols and grounding meditations.

Discussions about best practice for setting up as a Reiki Practitioner. Insurance required and suggestions for market research, costing your service and marketing your service.
