Developing Medium and Healer Elaine Mackie Wright explains why she decided to start up her business...... 

"Roots was evolved to offer a professional and bespoke service to individuals looking for a positive path to continued spiritual wellbeing and good health. My passion has always been holisitic and complementary therapies and medicine, learning how to keep the body, mind, and inner spirit in tune with one another. Hence the opportunity to practice and develop as a Master Teacher practitioner in Usui Tibetan Reiki and practitioner in Crystal Therapy and being able to offer and teach these healing gifts to others. I also wanted to combine these wonderful therapies with my extensive 15 year knowledge as an experienced  jewellery designer and tutor offering bespoke crystal healing jewellery and jewellery workshops."

Elaine's background is interesting - from graduating in 1997 with a BDes (Hons) Jewellery and Silversmithing, teaching and lecturing in Art and four years experience advising fellow women in business start-up. Elaine practiced what she preached and developed her first business Elaine Mackie Wright Creative Gallery in 2006 -2009, which offered commercial photography service using spectacular photographic images of Scottish landscapes, some of which are featured within Roots Inner Healing marketing material and exhibited within the Phoenix Stress Centre Gallery and Adelphi Centre.
